At Qualitere Windows Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following return policy to ensure your request is processed smoothly.

1. General Return Conditions

All items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, along with the original packaging and all manuals and accessories.

Damaged or used goods will not be accepted.

Products must be returned using the correct procedure within 30 days of the return being accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Returning a product will be at the expense of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty product.

If your product is faulty, please follow the procedure outlined below, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Please obtain proof of posting when returning an item.

3. Refunds and Compensation

All returns will be compensated in store credit unless the return is due to a faulty product.

4. Returns Procedure

4.1 Filling Out the Returns Form:

You must use the correct returns procedure by filling out our returns form.

4.2 Incorrect Returns:

If you return an item to the "Return to Sender" address on the postage label, we may not honor the return. We use third-party logistics, and returned items may not reach us.

Keyed alike orders (special order items)
